SUMMER FEELS Group Art Show

An exhibition about nostalgia, longing, and the pursuit of summer. Come celebrating late summer in SF, when the light hangs on and the air finally warms. Experience artwork and performances across a variety of mediums, and reflect on what summer means to you— wherever you’re from, however you remember it, however you live it.

YAX Studios at La Fénix and Kapuso are available for short-term exhibitions for Bay Area artists.

Youth Art Exchange (YAX) invites proposals from Black, Brown, and Indigenous visual artists interested in presenting a 4–8 week artist exhibitions at YAX Studios at La Fénix in the Mission District.

About the Artist Exhibitions

These short-term exhibitions activate the gallery walls at YAX Studios during periods when student work is not on display. The program is designed to support working artists while expanding access to diverse and engaging visual art in the broader community.

Available Exhibition Periods

Artists may apply for 4 or 8 week exhibitions during the following windows.

Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis.
