About the project

Youth Art Exchange & San Francisco Office of Economic & Workforce Development SF Shines program are collaborating with Excelsior-based businesses for a storefront holiday window project to encourage local shopping and neighborhood beautification. The project includes large-scale, colorful temporary vinyl installations on windows and doors and giveaways.

A special thank you to the Excelsior Branch of San Francisco Public Library for participating as a storefront window and providing a wonderful holiday book list reflective of the Excelsior’s multiethnic and multilingual communities and their holiday stories and traditions: Winter Holiday Books | San Francisco Public Library | BiblioCommons
